Trattoria Delia was established in 1993, the restaurant celebrates the Delia family's Italian heritage, with a focus on preserving the art of traditional Italian cuisine. The family originates from Oriolo, a small town in Calabria. The restaurant is located in the historic Vermont House originally a turn of the century hotel. The restaurant interior was once a working sugar house that was relocated from New Hampshire. The room's focal point is a large fireplace, made from local Panton stone.
Our menu reflects the diverse flavors of Italy's various regions. Traditional dishes are recreated using the finest imported ingredients and locally foraged edibles.
We support a community of farmers, who bring together the freshest locally grown food to the restaurant's tables. Our chefs are commited to sourcing both regional and national meat products that are naturally and humanely raised. Our partnerships help secure the future of the vibrant diversified agriculture, preserve the landscape and strengthen Vermont farms.
